We are seeking a skilled professional to guarantee the upkeep of high-quality software applications on Microsoft platforms.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate and understand their demands.
- Furnish top-notch customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze intricate technical problems and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Participate in team planning activities and backlog prioritization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service, analyzing complex technical issues, and making informed decisions under pressure.
Necessary Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience.
- Proficiency in monitoring and diagnosing application issues using tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar APM solutions.
The selected candidate will be part of our Digital Support DevOps team and will work in an agile methodology.
