  • Team Environment Management: Manage team 24/7 with manpower allocation and shift roster, identify and execute training needs analysis for the GR team and conduct regular interactions with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and strong leadership qualities. A degree in Hospitality or related field is required.
