We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships with our guests, ensuring a memorable stay from check-in to departure.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, setting the tone for a lasting impression.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently to minimize wait times.
- Assist guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Become familiar with regular guests and recognize VIP customers to provide personalized service.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Collaborate with service staff, kitchen, and management to maintain smooth operations and deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception/host area that reflects our high standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable personality that makes everyone feel welcome.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest relations is highly valued, but not required.
- The ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
