Front Office Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome and provide prompt check-in and check-out services.
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and issue invoices accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Upsell rooms and promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain security awareness.
- Follow all standard operating procedures, hotel policies, and safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate documentation and shift handovers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in front office or customer service roles, ideally in a luxury or 5-star environment.
- Proficiency in hotelier software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Male candidates preferred.
