Job Overview

The role of Executive – HR Operations is pivotal in overseeing the efficient management of human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing SAP systems for invoice processing and payment tracking, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Processing non-SAP invoices and releasing payments in a timely manner to maintain vendor relationships.
  • Coordinating with vendors for registration and agreement document processing to expedite business partnerships.
  • Assisting employees with Sodexo card and gift card distribution, enhancing employee experience.
  • Onboarding new employees and verifying their documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Creating manual letters for visa, internship, project completion, and other purposes to facilitate international collaborations.
  • Other responsibilities include planning induction programs for senior management employees and coordinating tours to foster team building.

Requirements:

  • A minimum educational requirement of a graduate degree with an MBA (full-time preferred) to possess strong leadership skills.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in operations, with 3-5 years in HR operations to demonstrate expertise in managing teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, to efficiently manage data and analysis.
