Finance Asset Manager
  • Manage and oversee the company's fixed assets register to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate asset insurance renewals, additions, deletions, and claims processing to minimize financial risks.
  • Create, update, and dispose of assets in the Oracle Fusion system while ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all assets through proper tagging and documentation.
  • Organize annual fixed asset verifications with branches and vendors to maintain efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop management reports on fixed assets using the MIS system.
  • Collaborate with various user departments for issue resolution and effective communication.

 

Qualification Requirements
  • A minimum Master's degree in Business Administration or Commerce, or equivalent experience, is required. A strong understanding of accounting principles and entries is also necessary.
  • Excellent knowledge of TDS and GST regulations is essential.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of fixed assets accounting and its implications.
  • Good working knowledge of MIS reporting, trackers, and related systems is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is necessary for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience in an Oracle Fusion environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
