Job Title: ServiceNow Contract and Asset Management Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee contract management and ensure the efficient use of assets within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Lead a team of asset/contract management professionals during European hours, with occasional exceptions for India hours.
  • Responsible for operational requirements, researching best practices, and maintaining high performance of the team.
  • Ensure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary.
  • Oversee asset management within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement improvements to contract and asset management processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract and asset management activities.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional interactions and ensures high staff performance.
