  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies, focusing on customer needs and preferences.
About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves pricing for all upcoming opportunities across verticals and geographies, requiring strong analytical skills and business acumen.

  • Pricing for new opportunities, ensuring accurate cost analysis and effective pricing models.
  • Developing customized financial solutions for clients, leveraging industry expertise and data-driven insights.
  • Providing in-depth analysis on costs, pricing models, and projected profitability, informing business decisions.
  • Deriving methods to improve profitability and align assumptions on bids, enhancing overall business performance.
Key Results

The successful candidate will be measured on:

  • Gross Profit Margin
  • Total Revenue
  • Number of deals
  • Accounts with a positive or negative margin
  • Sales Per Person
Required Profile

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A. MBA Finance/CA degree, combined with 7-10 years of experience in FP&A or Pricing roles.
  • B. At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience in BPO industry.
Desirable Skills

In addition to your qualifications and experience, it's beneficial if you have:

  • Experience in FP&A or Pricing in BPO Industry is essential.
  • Product pricing know-how is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Power Bi and AI tools.
