Who You Will Work With
BCN's Customer COE aims to deliver expertise, speed, and competitiveness to Bain's Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Customer Experience projects. As part of this vision, we co-develop and deliver Pricing products, design Go-to-Market Strategy Solutions, and improve customer experiences effectively through client-specific analysis/solutions. In the CoE, we develop products and deliver solutions that help clients unlock their full potential across the sales and customer journey value chain. This includes capturing value from problem identification to solution implementation and capability transfer.

The Job
We are seeking an Associate to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous innovation and learning. As an Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, bringing specialized knowledge to pricing product(s) in development and generating insights for pricing-related IP/tools. You will work under the guidance of the Project Leader or Manager, driving the team's overall output while developing products or serving clients. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, data analysis, and other initiatives; overseeing and training a team of COE Analysts; taking responsibility for assigned work streams; and ensuring zero-defect analysis across those workstreams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure and strong academic records. Prior experience with data analytics is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. A willingness to learn new analytical/statistical tools and techniques is also required. Analytical tool experience (such as Alteryx, Tableau) is preferred.
