Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide production support for Cloud Revenue Management, ensuring smooth system operations and revenue compliance.

This role requires a blend of financial expertise and technical troubleshooting skills to tackle complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support revenue recognition and compliance across multiple currencies and accounting standards.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain revenue contracts, deferrals, allocations, and adjustments.
  • Provide technical support for receivables and invoicing, including auto-invoice generation, receipts, collections, tax, and dunning.
  • Maintain intercompany processes, including invoicing, transfer pricing, netting, and balancing.
  • Support accounting and period close activities, including AR-GL reconciliations and revenue close.
  • Handle technical support for SQL, APIs, FBDI/ADFdi, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support teams for issue resolution and quarterly updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Revenue Management and related tools.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting standards, including IFRS and GAAP.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, integrations, APIs, and Oracle Cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record in production support and issue resolution.
