As a leading provider of courier and cargo services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing parcel booking division.
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead Generation:
- Generate new business leads for our full truck load (FTL) and part load (PTL) parcel booking services.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Customer Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Marketing Strategies:
- Prepare and deliver presentations on Nonstop's FTL and PTL services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our parcel booking services.
- Performance Metrics:
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
