As a leading provider of courier and cargo services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing parcel booking division.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Lead Generation:
  • Generate new business leads for our full truck load (FTL) and part load (PTL) parcel booking services.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Customer Relationships:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Marketing Strategies:
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on Nonstop's FTL and PTL services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our parcel booking services.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Achieve and surpass individual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
