Role Overview

You will be responsible for advising clients on investment opportunities in premier residential projects by Tier 1 developers. Your key responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of clients, presenting and recommending suitable properties, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presentation and Recommendation: Present and recommend suitable residential properties to clients based on their investment preferences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to post-sale engagement.
  • Site Visits Coordination: Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Decision Support: Participate in negotiations and help clients make informed decisions.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and sales strategies to offer valuable insights.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by achieving allocated targets and identifying new opportunities.

  • Real Estate Knowledge: A solid understanding of the real estate sector and its dynamics.
  • Results-Oriented: Target-driven and confident, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
