Job Summary

FolkServ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across the ASEAN, India, and Middle East regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with key partners across the target regions.
  • Revenue Generation: Leverage partnerships to create and close new business opportunities, contributing to overall revenue goals.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to maximize partnership value.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability for targets and achievements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, or business development, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build and manage successful partnerships.

  • Partnership Expertise: Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and ability to develop high-value partnerships.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex solutions to partners.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ASEAN, India, and Middle East markets, including cultural and business nuances.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
