Business Development and Hiring Support Internship Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of solutions offered.
  • Engage with potential clients via email, calls, and presentations to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Maintain a database of prospects, follow up on leads, and support sales team with client outreach activities.
  • Act as point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with team to improve services and solutions.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and applications.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further recruitment processes with HR team.
  • Manage job postings and recruitment records to streamline hiring operations.
  • Prepare reports on business development and recruitment activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and hiring pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Full-time availability for internship.
  • Ability to start internship within 6 weeks of application submission.
  • Availability for a duration of 4 months.
  • Relevant skills and interests.
