- Maintain a database of prospects, follow up on leads, and support sales team with client outreach activities.
- Act as point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and share insights with team to improve services and solutions.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and applications.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further recruitment processes with HR team.
- Manage job postings and recruitment records to streamline hiring operations.
- Prepare reports on business development and recruitment activities.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and hiring pipelines.
- Full-time availability for internship.
- Ability to start internship within 6 weeks of application submission.
- Availability for a duration of 4 months.
