Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding. This role will play a key part in aligning our hiring strategies with the organization's growth objectives, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Planning: Develop and maintain strategies to meet the organization's current and future staffing needs, leveraging market trends and competitor insights.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source, screen, and negotiate with qualified candidates for open positions, utilizing various channels and technologies.
  • Job Posting and Application Review: Draft job descriptions, post them on relevant platforms, and review applications to shortlist top candidates, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Relationship and Client Management: Build and manage partnerships with external candidate sources, educational institutions, business partners, and clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Event Participation: Plan and participate in job fairs, leverage social media to advertise job openings, and collaborate with internal teams to promote our brand and values.
  • Onboarding Process: Facilitate new hire onboarding, conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters, and manage onboarding paperwork, ensuring seamless transitions and high employee satisfaction.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, stay updated on hiring trends, and provide actionable insights to hiring managers, driving data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Specialist, or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years in recruitment or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATSs), resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office, with expertise in using these tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a strong capacity for client management and relationship-building, fostering trust and loyalty among stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws: Solid understanding of employment regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  • Educational Background: Relevant degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, with a focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to Multitask: Skilled at handling multiple projects and maintaining accurate employee records, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of the job market and hiring practices, staying ahead of industry trends and adapting strategies to meet evolving needs.
