Key Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign plans aligned with business goals and target audience
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
- Design and execute tests for messaging and targeting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics
- Coach and guide team members on campaign best practices
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
