Job Title:

Revenue Performance Specialist

Role Summary:

As a key team member, you will develop and execute revenue strategies for a growing portfolio of vacation rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage data-driven pricing models using tools like dynamic pricing platforms.
  • Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions.
  • Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to support revenue growth.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reports to drive internal and client-facing analysis.
  • Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with business units to enhance property performance and alignment.
  • Present clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Streamline data workflows using AI/ML tools and automation.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex visualizations.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented in a remote work environment.
