Housekeeping Operations Manager

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our housekeeping operations across multiple properties.
  • This key role will be responsible for driving excellence in cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and members alike.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of housekeeping policies, procedures, and checklists, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. They will also conduct regular property audits, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to address maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies, ensuring consistency across all properties.
  • Lead regular property inspections, providing detailed snag lists and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with Unit Facility Managers to provide guidance on best practices, process flows, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and optimize housekeeping schedules, manpower, inventory control, and chemical usage without compromising quality standards.
  • Analyze member and guest feedback, identifying areas for corrective action and implementing solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on housekeeping performance, snag closure rates, and brand compliance scores, providing valuable insights to corporate leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry innovations in cleaning equipment, materials, and sustainable housekeeping practices, recommending upgrades and improvements.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is essential.
  • 8–12 years of experience in housekeeping leadership within luxury hospitality, preferably with multi-property or corporate-level exposure.
  • Proven expertise in managing housekeeping operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving results-oriented initiatives.
