Luxury Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic leader to join our team as a Store Manager at a luxury retail brand that brings timeless handloom traditions into the world of contemporary luxury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience & Sales:
    • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences for every client, building strong relationships and achieving sales targets through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Handle client queries, styling assistance, and after-sales support with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Store Operations:
    • Oversee daily store functions, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock management, to ensure efficient operations and optimal profitability.
    • Maintain the store's cleanliness, display, and ambiance, adhering to brand standards and aesthetic appeal.
    • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular operational reports to inform business decisions.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Train, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective goals and maintain a customer-centric work culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
    • Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Uphold the luxury brand's ethos in all client interactions, embodying the brand's values and craftsmanship story through authentic representation and engagement.
    • Support in-store events, exhibitions, and brand activations, promoting the brand's luxurious image and creating memorable experiences for clients.
