  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of team members, ensuring they meet their full potential.
  • Swiftly address client complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support field sales teams in achieving revenue and client retention targets through regular follow-ups and timely closures.

  • A strong educational background, preferably an MBA, coupled with 4-5 years of experience in sales, servicing, and retention.
  • Previous experience as a team leader or manager, overseeing a team of at least 10 individuals, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in this capacity.
