  • We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the creative development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon.

About the Role:

Creative Direction and Vision

The successful candidate will set the tone for photography and graphic design teams, defining visual direction and ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across all Amazon customer touchpoints.

This role is responsible for developing clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic, effectively showcasing craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong ownership mentality, deep experience in delivering high-performance content within structured workflows, and exceptional eye for luxury aesthetics and product presentation.

Able to work autonomously, this individual will take full ownership of creative deliverables from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and Lead Visual Direction: Develop a compelling brand presence across Amazon customer touchpoints, including product imagery and A+ content.
  2. Direct Photography Efforts: Create detailed shot lists and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic and showcase key selling points.
  3. Collaborate with Graphic Design: Bring the creative vision to life across all content formats.
  4. Review and Quality Check Content: Ensure it meets brand standards, creative direction, and Amazon platform requirements.
  5. Oversee Creative Execution: Align with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
  6. Partner with Product Teams: Ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.
  7. Optimize Visuals and Content: Use performance data and competitive analysis to improve conversion rates.
  8. Own Creative Workflow: Maintain efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in luxury category or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up and refine scalable creative processes.
