Business Development Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for building and managing productive relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from our platform.
  • Manage client e-catalogs accurately.
  • Resolve client complaints promptly.
