We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to join our team as a Global Student Recruitment Director.

Job Overview

As a Global Student Recruitment Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional recruitment strategies to achieve student enrollment targets. Your role will involve leading a team of student recruitment managers across multiple regions, providing strategic oversight and ensuring consistent execution of global strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of student recruitment managers to deliver outstanding results.
  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies in line with global objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance to inform strategy.
  • Oversee the development, management, and expansion of agent networks to increase student enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency across all partner relationships.
  • Represent the company at high-level meetings with key agents, institutions, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving student enrollment targets.
  • Strong understanding of international education markets and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
