Your Impact
- Collaborate with our Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our global accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international trading partners and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales functions and processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Assist with documentation and ensure compliance with corporate requirements.
- Build trust and rapport with clients and channel partners through exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product localization and improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a high-performing team, driven by a performance- and people-driven culture.
Requirements
- A highly motivated and determined individual, with a 'hunter' mindset.
- Basic knowledge of corporate documents, KYC, and related procedures.
- Process-oriented and methodical approach, with a strong ability to follow up with customers.
- 3+ years of experience in high-transaction-volume sales, preferably in Financial Services, FinTech, Trade Finance, or B2B business.
- Passion for small and medium-sized businesses, international trade, and development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and passionate owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
- Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and departments.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
