About our Lifestyle Management role, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for helping families create space for the truly important things.
We aim to build a home management system that does daily chores seamlessly and effortlessly, preempts customer needs, enhances their lifestyle, and gives them peace of mind to focus on achieving more in life.
The ideal candidate will be an extension of the customer's family and the most important link between us and the customer. They will have exceptional hospitality skills and the ability to onboard customers seamlessly onto our ecosystem of services.
Lifestyle Manager RoleKey responsibilities include customer onboarding, solution deployment, partner management, customer lifecycle management, and customer feedback & service improvement.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer's context and explain how we can ease their life by delivering transformative services.
- Handhold and onboard the customer seamlessly onto our ecosystem of services.
- Deploy trained domestic helps at the household and undertake periodic supervision of their work.
- Assign errands to Operations Associates and monitor them for completion to the family's satisfaction.
- Work with our central partner ecosystem to deploy solutions at the customer's household and fulfill new requirements.
- Ease customers into the journey across pain, convenience, pleasure, delight, and transformation stages.
- Determine customer satisfaction with regard to various services.
- Requirements:
- Hospitality background or similar experience.
- Event management, language, and intercultural communication skills.
- Passion for the cause we are working towards.
- Self-motivation and love for taking initiative.
- Growth mindset and focus on improving business outcomes.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in hospitality.
