About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key sales team member, you will drive business growth and develop strong client relationships.
This is a high-impact role offering a unique blend of Finance Product expertise and collaboration across KarmaLifeAI and partner organizations.
Key Accountabilities- Discover and capitalize on opportunities in new markets, trends, customers, products & services
- Develop and execute deal-making strategies to drive company growth and product expansion
- Craft partnership strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Uncover strategic initiatives to propel non-linear growth
- Design and implement a roadmap for pursuing partnerships, ensuring seamless execution
- Foster strong relationships with B2B clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful roll-outs and scalability
- Evolving the business sales and growth strategy
- Takes initiative to seek new business and meets targets & is self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships and creating reports
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship-building and stakeholder engagement
- Proficient in data management, including spreadsheet usage and reporting
- Able to balance coordination and cooperation in a collaborative work environment
- Solution-focused with quick decision-making capabilities
