Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect the Dots: Act as the essential link between Medvarsity's internal teams (Digital Marketing, Enterprise Solutions) and external partners (creative agencies, enterprise clients) across India and the Middle East.
  • Own the Narrative: Understand the unique needs, goals, and challenges of our partners and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for the creative team.
  • Drive Excellence: Manage timelines, budgets, and project scopes like a pro, ensuring that every deliverable not only meets but exceeds expectations.
  • Lead with Influence: Build trusted advisor relationships with your partners, offering insights and guidance that go beyond the expected.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Anticipate challenges, resolve conflicts, and keep everything on track with a solution-oriented mindset and crisis management prowess.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas that make our events and content stand out, from high-impact conference experiences to creative outreach strategies.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 10+ years in account management, preferably with a background in a creative agency or a similar role in a consumer brand.
  • People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
