Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Alteryx workflows and server environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level application support for Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server environments.
  • Investigate and resolve complex incident resolutions, job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Administer Alteryx Server on Windows, focusing on user access, scheduling, deployment, and logging.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms, including Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
  • Support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities.
  • Automate routine tasks and monitoring using PowerShell or Python scripts.
  • Collaborate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and services.
  • Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and query optimization.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices.
  • Effective communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
