Business Optimization Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Guarantee accuracy, completeness, and consistency of pipeline data through regular hygiene checks.
    • Maintain and update the real-time dashboard by feeding accurate and timely pipeline data.
  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Coordinate marketing initiatives for software, partnerships & alliances.
    • Work on documentation and database management for campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Deliver precise daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders.
    • Develop performance review templates and views for key management personnel.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement:
    • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows across functions.
    • Design and implement streamlined processes to optimize operational efficiency.
    • Reduce administrative tasks through process automation.
  • Lead Generation and Inside Sales:
    • Manage lead funnels with various lead generation avenues.
    • Lead outreach and set up meetings for team members.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Bridge between business functions and HQ for coordination and alignment on reports and initiatives.
