Business Operations Support Specialist

This role combines IT support and business operations analysis, requiring a candidate who can efficiently troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflows. The successful applicant will spend approximately 20-25% of their time on IT support (hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting) and the remaining 75-80% on data and operations support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective IT support for hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensuring seamless stock uploads and inventory management across external platforms.
  • Building and maintaining commission reports to meet finance requirements.
  • Cleaning and updating CRM data to ensure accurate account information.
  • Managing company-wide updates, including public holidays and calendar synchronization.
  • Supporting ongoing IT and operations projects that drive automation, reporting, and data accuracy.
  • Utilizing Excel skills to improve workflows, with a focus on pivots, formulas, macros, and SQL or light scripting.
  • Collaborating with global teams in multiple locations to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with CRM systems and data cleaning.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
  • Able to troubleshoot independently and explain reasoning clearly.
