About the Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to own and optimize key business platforms for Customer Success. The ideal candidate will drive technical execution—from system configuration to data integrity—while aligning platforms to business goals and user needs.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat (or ability to quickly master Planhat), with a proven record of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable solutions. They will also have experience building and executing roadmaps, strong automation, workflow, and data management skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work style.

This role requires a strong focus on secure access, accurate data, and optimized workflows—to ensure teams work efficiently and make informed decisions.

  • Own platform administration to ensure secure access, accurate data, and optimized workflows.
  • Translate business needs into platform roadmaps that drive adoption and process efficiency.
  • Automate and integrate systems to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and streamline stakeholder workflows.
  • Enable and train teams so they confidently use tools to improve customer outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain system health to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat.
