Resource Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.

You will maintain accurate records of resource allocation and ensure data integrity in our resource management systems. Your expertise in forecasting resource demand and resolving conflicts will help us optimize our resource planning processes.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of resource allocation and utilization.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Support in forecasting resource demand and resolving resource conflicts.
  • Help prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project).

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in resource management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and utilization.
  • Forecasting: Support in forecasting resource demand and resolving resource conflicts.
  • Reporting: Help prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in resource management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
