A dynamic and forward-thinking startup in the Wellness Industry seeks a highly organized, proactive, and flexible Operations Coordinator to join its team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining seamless operations, supporting various departments, and managing crucial projects.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination

Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects across departments, ensuring timely completion of milestones and goals. Collaborate with team leads to prepare reports, summaries, and updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

2. Administrative Support

Manage calendars, scheduling, and communication for senior team members, organize meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. Maintain and organize documentation, digital files, and data entries.

3. Vendor Management

Manage vendor communication, research comparative pricing, track progress and delivery, and facilitate payments with the Accounts team. Manage venue bookings and travel arrangements when required.

4. Cross-Functional Support

Serve as a point of contact between different departments to facilitate communication. Track and report key metrics and KPIs for various departments.

5. Communication and Relationship Management

Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Answer queries and provide information to partners, clients, and the team. Help maintain the startup's CRM or similar database with updated contact information and notes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in project coordination, business administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. Exposure/Interest in Wellness is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
