We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Office Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Scrut Automation. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, fostering a productive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Scrut Automation is an innovative information security and compliance monitoring platform designed to help small and medium-sized cloud-native enterprises develop and maintain a robust security posture. Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and restocking processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and utilities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an engaging employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Lead food services, catering, and kitchen supply coordination to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain office assets, such as equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve office efficiency, productivity, and morale.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Prior experience in managing multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
