Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Radio Ad Operations team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensure accurate and timely ad delivery, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and maintaining sales records.

• Coordinate the delivery of broadcast ads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data, ad delivery, and client interactions.

• Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, ad delivery, and client trends.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and ad operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream

• 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, ad operations, or a related field

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Suite

• Familiarity with ad operations software and systems

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,50,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
