This role is responsible for managing relationships with potential home loan customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth loan approval and disbursement.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets by networking with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and identifying new DSAs to expand the sales network.
- Develop strategies to generate leads and convert them into home loan sales, providing guidance to DSAs on improving their sales pitch and techniques.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with potential home loan customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Loan Process Management:
- Support DSAs in gathering all necessary documentation for loan applications, ensuring that all loan applications processed are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies.
- Work with credit teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions, sharing insights with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Track and report on sales progress for individual DSAs and the team as a whole, ensuring DSA activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain and update customer data and sales records in CRM systems.
