Job Overview:

This role is responsible for managing relationships with potential home loan customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth loan approval and disbursement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Achieve sales targets by networking with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and identifying new DSAs to expand the sales network.
    • Develop strategies to generate leads and convert them into home loan sales, providing guidance to DSAs on improving their sales pitch and techniques.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with potential home loan customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with the processing team to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Loan Process Management:
    • Support DSAs in gathering all necessary documentation for loan applications, ensuring that all loan applications processed are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies.
    • Work with credit teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Market Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions, sharing insights with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Track and report on sales progress for individual DSAs and the team as a whole, ensuring DSA activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Maintain and update customer data and sales records in CRM systems.
