We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing professional to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion. The successful applicant will be responsible for securing new clients, managing relationships, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average deal size, and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Objectives:
- Collaborate with the product team to develop new flavors and packaging based on customer feedback.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Research market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent the brand enthusiastically at events, trade shows, food festivals, and promotional events to drive sales and build brand awareness.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
