Job Opportunity: Business Analyst Product Owner

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Product Owner with 3–8 years of experience, preferably in startup environments within the manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain domains.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to product development and ERP implementation, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving digital transformation in complex operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage customer and operational data to uncover trends by analyzing datasets. Measure product performance and identify opportunities to optimize workflows. Design and maintain accurate dashboards and reports that transform raw data into actionable insights, empowering teams to improve operational efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and drive measurable business growth.
  • Business & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs, pain points, and expected outcomes; map “As-Is” vs. “To-Be” processes; and translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Ownership: Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage the full lifecycle from concept → MVP → implementation → scale-up, and lead sprints to deliver measurable business value in efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.
  • ERP Implementation & Solution Design: Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and related system integrations (SCM, WMS, CRM), designing scalable workflows, data flows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, communicate roadmaps and priorities, maintain documentation and change controls, and ensure delivery aligns with KPIs, success metrics, and business expectations.
