Job Title: In-House Legal Counsel

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive legal professional to manage all legal and compliance matters for our business. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse legal matters, especially real estate and corporate law.

The ideal candidate should have strong drafting, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications.
  • Handle compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices when required.
  • Maintain organized legal records and case files.
  • Coordinate with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).
