We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Compliance Expert to join our Legal Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 14 years of relevant experience in a legal & compliance role, with expertise in Corporate Compliance programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with our legal team to provide strategic & compliance solutions to the business, particularly in managing technology-based Enterprise wide Compliance management program for the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Implement and Adopt Whistleblower Program: Develop and implement a whistleblower program with global and regional reach, comprising seven pillars of an efficient and effective corporate compliance program.
  • 2. Global Investigations and Negotiations: Handle global investigations on various issues and negotiate and implement remediations.
  • 3. Achieve Corporate Compliance Objectives: Contribute to the development and implementation of the Compliance & Integrity Plan, prepare action plans, resolve problems, identify trends, determine system improvements, and implement changes.
  • 4. Compliance Regimes: Have exposure and understanding of key compliance and regulatory regimes applicable to the organization, including Whistleblower Regulations, Anti-Bribery - Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Confidentiality, and commensurate process and controls.
  • 5. Analytics and Automation: Conduct risk evaluation and mitigation using analytics and automation tools.
  • 6. Review and Improve Whistleblower Systems: Review and improve whistleblower systems and employee feedback mechanisms in collaboration with HR.
  • 7. Trainings and Communications: Plan, organize, and conduct trainings and communications to enhance and grow the whistleblower program in line with best industry standards of cultural assurance.
  • 8. Interpret New Regulations: Review and analyze proposed and adopted state legislation and regulations.
  • 9. Policy Administration: Derive policy administration, trainings, and regular communications.
  • 10. Complaints and Investigations: Effectively handle complaints, investigations, and remediation processes.
  • 11. Collaboration: Collaborate with various functions like facilities, government relations, finance & HR, and sales & delivery functions to assist in organizational expansion agenda.
  • 12. Advice on Public Policy: Advise on public policy, working closely with the Government relations team.
  • 13. Company Positions: Develop company responses and defenses to complaints, investigations, and administrative proceedings.
  • 14. Legal Requirements: Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising executive management team on needed actions.
  • 15. Legal Solutions: Demonstrate ability to effectively identify legal solutions to solve complex business issues and advise internal customers with precise and clear counsel.
