We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing breakdown activities, improvement initiatives, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
  • Overseeing external contractors and agencies to guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Reviewing production operation instructions to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Training and assisting team members during troubleshooting and breakdowns
  • Managing spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability of necessary components
  • Leading troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime
  • Planning and consolidating maintenance budgets to optimize cost-effectiveness
  • Maintaining spares for process equipment by coordinating with OEMs and suppliers
  • Closing and completing all assigned corrective and preventive actions to address maintenance issues
  • Providing support for technical and documentation activities as directed

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or related field

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with focus on maintenance and engineering

Technical skills:

  • Prior experience in maintenance and engineering roles preferred
  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar maintenance management systems
  • Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and implement corrective actions effectively
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements including GMP and cGMP standards

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
