Job Title: Quantification Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned quantification specialist to collaborate with our sales department. As a quantification specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and competitive cost assessments for control systems, HVAC, DDC, and PLC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate project specifications, technical requirements, and scope of work to understand the needs and objectives of clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and feasibility studies to determine the most suitable solutions and approaches for integrating control systems with HVAC systems, DDC systems, and PLCs.
• Verify engineering design integrity by confirming that the proposed technical solution aligns with the design shared during the request for quotation stage.
• Utilize industry knowledge, past project data, and estimation software tools to prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, DDC, and PLC systems.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure that estimation inputs align with the final execution strategy and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in automation or HVAC-related estimation.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, document formatting, proposal drafting, RFQ analysis, and process improvement.
