Job Title: Immigration Specialist - US Staffing

Role & Location: Vishakhapatnam

Experience: 5 -7 Years

Role Overview:

As an Immigration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all immigration-related activities including documentation, visa processing, compliance, and coordination with consultants, attorneys, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

•      Manage end-to-end immigration processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, TN, etc.).

•      Handle timely filing and tracking of H1B petitions, extensions, transfers, and amendments.

•      Ensure full compliance with USCIS, DOL, and other federal regulations.

•      Maintain accurate records of visa status, expiration dates, and work authorizations.

•      Liaise with attorneys, consultants, and account managers to support onboarding and project readiness.

•      Assist in preparing immigration audits and responding to RFE/NOID cases.

Requirements:

• years of experience in immigration within US IT Staffing.

•      In-depth understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.), USCIS processes, and compliance norms.

•      Familiarity with LCA, PERM, I-9, and E-Verify.

•      Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

•      Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
