Memory Layout Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Memory Layout Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a vital role in designing and optimizing custom memories.
- You will work closely with circuit designers to translate schematics into optimized layouts, leveraging your expertise in floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints.
- You will also be responsible for debugging physical verification checks, including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR.
- With a strong understanding of advanced process nodes (5nm and below), you will work on high-performance and/or low-power memory layout optimization techniques.
In this role, you will utilize scripting languages such as SKILL, Python, or TCL, preferably with experience in custom-based memories or compiler-based memories.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in memory layout design is required.
- Experience in high-performance and/or low-power memory layout optimization techniques is highly desirable.
