Senior Memory Compiler Specialist

As a Memory Compiler Specialist, you will play a key role in developing high-quality memory compilers and optimizing memory layouts for our next-generation Cores. This involves creating efficient memory compilers layouts and Fast Cache instances layouts to achieve outstanding Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize memory compilers layouts and Fast Cache instances layouts to meet PPA requirements
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of memory compilers and backend verification processes
- Apply sound engineering principles to optimize memory layouts and design rule-driven layout
- Review schematics with engineers and propose changes based on layout implications
- Explore possible floor planning options and propose improvements to increase PPA
We are seeking an experienced Memory Compiler Specialist with a strong background in electronic engineering and excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent field
- 5+ years of experience in SRAM/memory layouts creation and backend verifications including EMIR analysis
- Strong understanding of CMOS Transistors, their behaviors, and CMOS logic design and layout
- Experience with Cadence or Synopsys flows is highly desirable
- Basic scripting language skills (e.g., Perl/Python) are advantageous
