Job Title: Visionary Designer

  • Create concept sketches, storyboards and roughs to visualize ideas and present them effectively.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience needs to develop compelling campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life across various media channels.
  • Deliver high-quality work from concept to final execution while meeting deadlines.
  • Lead and delegate responsibilities to designers, providing guidance and feedback for growth.
  • Present completed projects to team members, fostering open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Develop art layouts by conceptualizing design direction and supervising staff.
  • Train, assign, schedule and coach employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain art department standards by adhering to production, productivity and quality guidelines.
  • Resolve operational issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Select and secure visual materials by creating basic layout design concepts and conducting research.
  • Produce print-ready layouts by editing, pasting and finishing designs.
  • Obtain approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards and illustrations, and respond thoughtfully to feedback.
  • Enhance quality outcomes by analyzing, evaluating and redesigning processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethics and calm demeanor.
  • Preference for graduate or postgraduate degree from a reputable design institution.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director.
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design software.
  • Ability to incorporate feedback and provide/give clear direction.
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Relevant education or training.
