About the Job
  • Lead and mentor our in-house design team (graphic designers, video editors) in delivering exceptional results.
  • Owning and evolving our design aesthetic: modern, minimal, elevated, and always on-trend.
  • Conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns across social, website, packaging, and events, staying true to our brand's values.
  • Collaborating with the brand team to translate campaign objectives into impactful visuals, safeguarding brand consistency across every touchpoint.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in design/creative strategy (D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates art-led, modern, and minimal design, showcasing your unique style and vision.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams with an eye for detail, driving projects forward, and delivering results.
  • Ability to work across multiple formats: digital, video, experiential, packaging, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Strong storytelling ability—translating brand values into design language, captivating audiences, and driving engagement.
