We're seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Creative Director to lead the creative development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon. This role involves shaping and executing a compelling brand presence across all Amazon customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a sharp eye for detail, strong ownership mentality, and experience in delivering high-performance content within structured workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Visual Direction: Lead the visual and creative direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem, setting vision for photography and graphic design teams.
  • Direct Photography Efforts: Develop clear guidelines and briefs for photographers to showcase craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points.
  • Collaborate with Design Teams: Work closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats.
  • Review and Quality-Check Content: Ensure all received content meets brand standards and Amazon platform requirements.
  • Oversight of Product Detail Pages: Ensure alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Product, Business Analytics, and Strategy teams to ensure accurate visual representation of SKUs.
  • Optimize Visuals and Content: Use performance data and competitive analysis to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.
  • Own Creative Workflow: Ensure efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in luxury category or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up scalable creative processes.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and principles.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
