Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Brand Creative Specialist with 8–12 years of experience to join our growing global marketing team. This role blends creative ownership with hands-on execution, driving visual storytelling across brand, digital, and video platforms.
You will play a key part in leading the creative line, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality visual content—from concept to final asset. Approximately 60% of your time will involve overseeing creative output across formats, while 40% will focus on executing video projects (editing, scripting, motion design).
This is an ideal opportunity for a hybrid thinker and doer—someone with the vision to shape creative narratives and the craft to bring them to life.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Line Ownership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to lead the creation of brand-aligned visual assets.
- Own and evolve visual direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and executive presentations.
- Review and refine creative deliverables from freelancers or internal partners to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Guide external agency designers and content partners informally by setting quality benchmarks and creative guidance.
Video Content Creation
- Plan, script, and produce a variety of video formats: product explainers, motion-led brand stories, technical demos, testimonials, and social content.
- Operate across the full video production lifecycle—editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
- Experiment with AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and accelerate production without compromising creativity.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 8–12 years of experience across visual design, video production, and digital creative execution.
- Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual content.
- Expert-level proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to build narrative flow across formats.
- Experience working within a structured brand system and scaling it across regions or formats.
- Comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design and animation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent English communication and visual editing skills.
Good to Have
- Prior experience working in tech, SaaS, or fintech environments.
- Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and how design impacts engagement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, JIRA, and collaborative design platforms like Figma or Frame.io.
- Experience mentoring or guiding creative peers, even without direct reports.
