We are currently seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Interior Architect. In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for Architects, Interior Designers, Civil Engineers, or Design Professionals with expertise in AutoCAD & SketchUp. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in creating 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings in AutoCAD, as well as creating 3D models and visualizations in SketchUp.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Create engaging 3D models and visualizations in SketchUp.
  • Support the development of design concepts and detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal team members.
  • Carry out regular site visits to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction details, materials, and design standards.
  • A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience (freshers also welcome to apply).
  • Rendering skills are a significant advantage.
  • Experience working on residential, office, and hospitality projects would be beneficial.
